Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns or give refunds on personalised products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not allow your child to put this product in their mouths. While the paints are waterbased and coated, it is best to err on the side of caution. These tags are not toys and are purely designed to be used as decor and/or photography props only. Avoid getting moisture on the wood as it is uncoated and will warp and stain.
